Parasitorium66 Compliance Program (P66C)

Version 1.1
Program Purpose

The Parasitorium66 Compatibility Program (P66C) enables independent creators to identify their products as “Parasitorium66 Compatible” provided that they meet the requirements set out in this document.

The purpose of the program is to support fan-made and commercial creativity while maintaining the consistency of the Parasitorium66 universe and protecting the intellectual property of RPGfigures.com.

Participation in the program is free of charge.

1. Participation Requirements
Relationship with the Parasitorium66 Community License

Every project submitted to the Compliance Program must comply with the requirements of the Parasitorium66 Standard Community License.

The Compliance Program does not replace this license; it serves as an extension of it.

2. Originality of the Project

The Project must be an independent creative work and must contribute new value to the Parasitorium66 universe.

RPGfigures.com will not approve projects that are copies or minor modifications of official products, or projects that use protected elements of the universe beyond the scope permitted by the Standard Community License.

3. Submission and Approval

Each Project requires individual approval from RPGfigures.com.

The decision to accept or reject a Project belongs solely to RPGfigures.com and does not require justification.

Approval applies only to the submitted Project.

4. “Parasitorium66 Compatible” Designation

After approval of the Project, the participant receives the right to use the “Parasitorium66 Compatible” designation and the official program logo.

The logo remains the property of RPGfigures.com and may only be used in connection with the approved Project.

The designation may not suggest that the product is an official Parasitorium66 release or that it was developed in cooperation with RPGfigures.com.

5. Mandatory Notice

Every Project must include the following statement:

“This product is an independent creation by [Author/Publisher], compliant with the Parasitorium66 Compliance Program. It is not an official Parasitorium66 or RPGfigures.com product and has not been approved by them.”

6. Responsibility

The Project author bears full responsibility for the content, quality, and legal compliance of the Project.

RPGfigures.com is not responsible for Projects created by program participants.

The author agrees to indemnify RPGfigures.com against any claims arising from their Project and to cover reasonable costs incurred by RPGfigures.com in connection with such claims.

7. Loss of Participation Rights

RPGfigures.com may revoke the right to use the “Parasitorium66 Compatible” designation in the event of a violation of this program or the Standard Community License.

After revocation, the participant agrees to immediately stop using the designation and the program logo.

8. Program Changes

RPGfigures.com may publish subsequent versions of the Compliance Program.

Projects that have already been approved remain subject to the version in effect on the date of approval, unless their author voluntarily transitions to a newer version.
