1. General Rules

1.1. Parasitorium66 Compatible Compliance Program

Creators who wish to develop products in strict compliance with the Parasitorium66 system may apply to participate in the separate Parasitorium66 Compatible Compliance Program (P66C).

Participation in the P66C Program requires individual approval from RPGfigures.com.

Information regarding the program is available at RPGfigures.com/licenses.

1.2. Fan Art and Individual Commissions

The creation and acceptance of individual artistic commissions using Parasitorium66 themes is permitted.

This applies to individual works created specifically for a particular person.

This does not include:

• serial production of artwork,
• sale of ready-made collections,
• sale of prints,
• sale of physical products,
• operating a store using Parasitorium66 IP,

without obtaining additional permission from RPGfigures.com.

1.3. Promotion of Community Creations

By creating a Project, you grant RPGfigures.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to present your work as an example of community creativity.

This right includes:

• publication on social media,
• presentation in the community gallery,
• use in promotional materials related to the Parasitorium66 community.

RPGfigures.com agrees to credit the creator of the Project.

Copyright remains with the creator.

1.4. Trademarks and Brand Identity

You may not use official trademarks, logos, or Parasitorium66 branding as the primary element of your own product.

The Project must include the following statement:

“This project is an independent creation and is not affiliated with or sponsored by RPGfigures.com or Parasitorium66.”

You may not imply that the Project is an official RPGfigures.com product.

It is permitted to state compatibility with or inspiration by Parasitorium66.

Examples:

• “Model compatible with the Parasitorium66 system”
• “Fan art inspired by the Parasitorium66 universe”
• “Gaming terrain inspired by the Parasitorium66 atmosphere”

1.5. Use of Artificial Intelligence

This license does not permit the use of generative artificial intelligence for the creation of final Project materials.

The restriction includes, among others:

• AI-generated artwork,
• AI-generated models,
• AI-generated texts,
• other materials created by generative models.

This restriction applies to tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and similar systems.

The use of tools that assist the creative process is permitted, including:

• intelligent fill tools in graphic software,
• noise reduction,
• technical corrections,
• digital tools supporting the artist.

2. Tabletop Projects

2.1. Original Creation

Creators may produce:

• their own models,
• their own artwork,
• their own scenarios,
• their own expansions,
• their own supporting materials.

The Project must constitute an independent original creation.

2.2. Prohibition on Copying Materials

The following may not be used as the basis for creating own products without separate permission:

• official 3D files,
• scans,
• artwork,
• illustrations,
• texts,
• RPGfigures.com promotional materials.

2.3. Naming

The Project must not suggest that it is an official Parasitorium66 o Parasitorium product.

Examples of prohibited names:

• “Parasitorium66: Official Expansion”
• “Parasitorium: New RPGfigures.com Missions”

Examples of permitted names:

• “Fan-made expansion compatible with Parasitorium66”
• “Fan scenario for Parasitorium66”

3. Community Projects, Media, and Public Content

3.1. Permitted Use

The community may create and publish:

• fan art,
• battle reports,
• reviews,
• tutorials,
• livestreams,
• videos,
• podcasts,
• articles,
• educational materials.

3.2. Monetization of Content

Earning revenue from content related to Parasitorium66 is permitted through:

• advertising,
• affiliate programs,
• sponsorships,
• subscriptions,
• donations,
• livestreaming.

The condition is that the primary value comes from the creator’s own work and not merely from distributing protected RPGfigures.com materials.

3.3. Crowdfunding and Patreon

Projects using Parasitorium66 IP may be supported through crowdfunding or subscription platforms.

However, the entire Project may not be placed permanently behind a paywall.

Materials should be made publicly available to the community within a reasonable timeframe.

3.4. Prohibited Content

Projects may not:

• violate applicable laws,
• promote hatred against groups of people,
• promote extremist organizations,
• use Parasitorium66 in content that damages the reputation of the brand.

4. Liability

The creator bears full responsibility for their Project.

RPGfigures.com is not responsible for third-party claims related to the creator’s Project.
