1. Purpose of the License
This Parasitorium66 Miniatures Commercial License (“PCM License”) allows approved commercial partners to produce, distribute, and sell physical miniatures related to the Parasitorium66 game.
The license is granted exclusively for specific models, products, or sets identified in the licensing agreement concluded between RPGfigures.com and the licensee.
Purchasing a license does not grant rights to the entire Parasitorium66 universe or any other RPGfigures.com materials.
2. Scope of Granted Rights
Upon payment of the license fee, RPGfigures.com grants the licensee a non-exclusive, limited, and revocable right to:
produce physical copies of licensed models;
3D print models;
create casts or use other forms of physical production;
sell finished miniatures to end customers;
promote licensed products.
The license applies exclusively to the models listed in the purchase confirmation or licensing agreement.
3. License Limitations
The licensee does not receive the right to:
create new models using Parasitorium66 IP;
modify models beyond the scope specified by RPGfigures.com;
sell digital 3D model files;
grant sublicenses to other entities;
use Parasitorium66 elements in products unrelated to the licensed models.
4. Use of the Parasitorium66 Brand
The licensee receives a limited right to use:
the Parasitorium66 name;
the official Parasitorium66 logo;
approved graphic materials;
official renders and promotional materials,
solely for the purpose of identifying and promoting licensed products.
These materials remain the property of RPGfigures.com.
The licensee may not suggest that they:
own the Parasitorium66 brand;
created the Parasitorium66 game;
hold exclusive rights to the universe or brand.
5. Product Labeling
Every product sold under this license should include the following notice:
“Officially licensed Parasitorium66 product. Parasitorium66 and related materials are the property of RPGfigures.com.”
RPGfigures.com may establish additional product labeling requirements.
6. Product Quality
The licensee agrees to:
maintain an appropriate standard of production quality;
not sell defective products or products that mislead customers;
comply with Parasitorium66 brand guidelines.
RPGfigures.com may require the removal of products that do not meet brand standards.
7. Production and Sales
The licensee may sell miniatures:
through their own store;
through sales platforms;
at industry events;
through other lawful sales channels.
The licensee is responsible for:
production;
customer service;
taxes;
compliance of products with local regulations.
8. Digital Materials
If the license includes digital model files, the licensee may use them solely for their own physical production.
The following are prohibited:
sharing STL files;
selling digital files;
providing files to other manufacturers.
9. License Term
The license remains valid for the period specified in the agreement or until it expires.
After termination of the license:
the licensee may sell previously manufactured copies unless the agreement states otherwise;
the licensee must cease further production;
the licensee must stop using Parasitorium66 branding and designations.
10. Protection of Intellectual Property
All rights to:
the Parasitorium66 universe;
names;
characters;
factions;
artwork;
models;
trademarks;
remain the property of RPGfigures.com.
This license does not transfer ownership of any element of the IP.
11. License Termination
RPGfigures.com may terminate the license in the event of:
violation of its terms;
infringement of copyrights or trademarks;
actions damaging the reputation of Parasitorium66.
After termination of the license, the licensee must cease using the RPGfigures.com brand and materials.
12. Liability
The licensee is responsible for their products and customer relationships.
RPGfigures.com is not responsible for:
the production process;
manufacturing quality;
customer complaints;
the licensee’s commercial obligations.
