There is a D&D gaming module from the 1980s that briefly appeared in gaming shops before being swiftly withdrawn from circulation. Today, finding an original copy of "Palace of the Silver Princess" is nearly impossible. The module sparked controversy primarily because of its cover art depicting a young woman tied up by her own hair in front of a group of demons.
