In the 1980s, Dungeons and Dragons made its debut as a CBS cartoon series. It followed a group of adventurous youngsters who find themselves transported to another realm filled with dungeons and dragons. Guided by a wise old dungeon master and armed with magical artifacts, they embark on a quest to defeat the evil Mage Venger. During one memorable episode, the kids come close to vanquishing Venger by luring him into a trap at a Dragons Graveyard. The show faced nearly being canceled due to the intensity of that particular episode.
